Our MEIGHTS (Male Weights Program) is a specialist program where you get to train in a fun social setting with other like minded blokes.

The Young 4 Life MALE WEIGHTS PROGRAM is designed for blokes who have limited time due to work and family commitments.

No doubt you’ve been putting yourself and your health on the back burner for way too long and your social connections outside of these environments have most likely been limited too. This is a unique, specialised program designed to bring male 40-65yo from around the East Fremantle area together to workout and get fit in a fun, social environment with other like-minded individuals.

That’s why we are bringing you this program that is strongly focused around your physical, mental and social wellbeing. Remember the old footy weights set up back in the day or when you used to go to the gym with some mates? Bring back the banter with the boys whilst our trainer supervises your session.
