Designed to complement your existing workouts, Reformer Pilates on Demand provides a unique approach to strength training, focusing on core stability, alignment, and functional movement. Get ready to elevate your routine with sessions tailored to all fitness levels, helping you move better, feel stronger and stay Young 4 Life!

Reformer Pilates is increasingly recognised as a valuable tool for improving bone density, especially in populations at risk of bone loss, such as postmenopausal women. The resistance provided by the reformer machine, along with weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises, helps stimulate bone growth and maintain bone health. The controlled resistance and varied range of motion in reformer Pilates also place safe, adaptive stress on the bones, a key factor in triggering bone density improvements.

Additionally, the strength training benefits of reformer Pilates, like improved muscle mass and balance, support overall skeletal strength and reduce the risk of fractures or falls. This combination of dynamic, low-impact resistance exercises and focus on core stability makes reformer Pilates an ideal, effective option for supporting bone density and joint health.

WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES ON DEMAND?

REFORMER PILATES ON DEMAND (RPOD) combines the structure of individualised programmed sessions with the convenience of flexible session times. Via the MINDBODY app you have the ability to pick session times each week to come in and complete your dedicated personalised programmed session.

We have up to 3 people at a time being overseen by one of our experienced Pilates coaches within each time slot. If you have a desired timeslot, you will have the ability to book that in advance.
