FLEXIBLE, INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS

PT ON DEMAND is an innovative new way to train to maximise results. It combines the structure of individualised programmed sessions with the convenience of flexible session times. Via the MINDBODY app you have the ability to pick session times each week to come in and complete your dedicated program. Each timeslot is 45 minutes in nature.

We have up to 3 people at a time being overseen by one of our experienced coaches within each time slot. If you have a desired timeslot, you will have the ability to permanently book in that time slot.

INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAMMING

Custom-tailored programming specifically designed for you, your body, and your goals to maximise and fast-track your results. Each plan is carefully crafted to ensure every session brings you closer to achieving your full potential.

PERIODISED 8 WEEK BLOCKS

Each Client will have sessions programmed in 8-week blocks. The final week of each block will involve strength testing, body composition testing and a program review (non-sweat session). Having these training blocks built into your training will give us more structure to plan your program development.

TESTING WEEK

Every 8 weeks all Clients will undergo some physical testing to measure and monitor progress. Testing includes strength testing of the 4 major lifts, body composition scans and a non-sweat session to review your progress.

CLIENT PORTAL

Our private VIP Client Portal gives you information and answers to your questions at a click of the button. Full of amazing resources to assist with your health and wellness including videos, documents, links to discounted products and services, this is a one stop site for everything you need. Only available for our amazing Clients.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

This is a key way for you to communicate with us weekly about your health and wellness. It also provides us with important data to build the best program for you and identify anything holding you back from achieving optimal results.

BODY COMPOSITION SCANNER

If your goal is to improve your body composition, get stronger, increase muscle tone and definition or drop body fat, then it’s important to measure your progress. The InBody body composition analyser measures your body and provides a detailed, yet easy to understand report. This is an important way to measure your progress.

NON-SWEAT SESSION

Every 8 weeks we will provide an in-depth review of your progress, training, testing and weekly check in results to give you the best possible advice and direction to help you achieve your goals.
